I dont really want to grow up. Technically at age 18 you're considered legally an adult. Yet has anyone ever noticed that the number 18 still has the word "teen" in it? Kind of confusing when you think about it. Maybe the government said "ok enough's enough, kids these days are growing up fast. They reach puberty by age 12 or 13 and at 15 have enough facial hair to where they have to start a daily shaving ritual. The young girls look older than they seem, and at 16 they can gain the attention of 30 year old men. Since they look older, we must treat them as such. The legal age of adulthood is now 18!".....but wait...just because I look older, that means I'm more mature? I doubt that, I still play with dolls, color in coloring books, and laugh with my friends at the most ridiculous things...just because I look 22 doesn't mean I'm not a scared 13 year old on the inside. Stop forcing me to grow up so fast, and let me enjoy my childhood....
